Usage Guidelines

Oral:
2 drops of organic oregano essential oil, 3 times a day with a bit of honey, syrup, or on a lozenge, for flu and sore throat.
Topical:
4 drops of organic oregano essential oil + 8 drops of organic borage vegetable oil, locally applied for fungal infections and other skin infections.
Diffusion:
