Usage Instructions

Oral: 1 drop twice a day of organic Atlas Cedarwood essential oil, to be taken with a little honey, syrup, or on a lozenge, in case of allergies or a cold.
On the skin: Mix 2 ml of organic Atlas Cedarwood essential oil + 2 ml of organic Lemon Zest essential oil + 100 ml of organic Hazelnut vegetable oil, for an anti-cellulite and draining treatment.
In diffusion: In atmospheric diffusion with lavender or orange, for a comforting and relaxing ambiance. Possible synergy
