Indications
Organic Ginger Essential Oil can help alleviate spasms related to spasmophilia or nerve-induced spasms, premenstrual syndrome, and stress. It is highly effective against constipation and for restoring a decreased libido.
sage Guidelines
Consult a doctor before any therapeutic use or oral treatment.
Oral intake: 1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil before meals to treat constipation; discontinue use once symptoms disappear. For nausea, use 1 drop of Organic Ginger Essential Oil in a teaspoon of honey (or occasionally, directly under the tongue) as the first intake upon waking, repeated 4 to 5 times a day.
Topical application, for difficult digestion: massage diluted in sesame vegetable oil on the abdomen. To stimulate libido in men, use 3 drops in 10 drops of vegetable oil, applied twice a day on the lower spine.
In diffusion: to alleviate stress.
