Indications
Peppermint essential oil is the aromatic answer to pain! A true emergency remedy to use at home or while traveling.
It is indicated for indigestion, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, gastrointestinal spasms, as well as rheumatism, tendonitis, sciatica, sports injuries, colds, bronchitis, fever, migraines, and headaches.
Usage instructions
Consult a doctor before any therapeutic use or oral treatment.
PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL SHOULD NOT BE USED IN CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE, IN PREGNANT OR NURSING WOMEN.
Orally:
2 drops of organic peppermint essential oil, 3 times a day with a little honey, syrup, or on a lozenge, for digestive disorders.
On the skin:
1 drop of organic peppermint essential oil applied locally for sciatica.
In diffusion:
Used in atmospheric diffusion, peppermint essential oil purifies and refreshes the air.
