Usage Guidelines

Oral: Take 1 to 2 drops of organic juniper essential oil, 3 times a day with a bit of honey, syrup, or on a lozenge, as a detoxifier.
On the skin: Mix 3 drops of organic juniper essential oil with 3 drops of organic jojoba oil, for a massage against heavy legs.
