Indications
In weight loss regimens, organic Lemon essential oil is a valuable ally due to its hepatodraining properties and its action against cellulite. For "heavy legs," it activates circulation. As a powerful antiseptic, it disinfects wounds.

Usage Guidelines

Oral: 2 drops of organic Lemon essential oil, 3 times a day with a little honey, syrup, or on a lozenge, in case of digestive infection or a cold.
On the skin: Anti-cellulite: Mix 2 ml of organic Lemon essential oil + 2 ml of organic Cypress essential oil + 1 ml of organic Niaouli essential oil + 100 ml of organic Hazelnut vegetable oil.
